Bookings are usually processed on the next business date and are on a 'first come first served' basis.

You will be advised by reply email if the number of participants has exceeded the maximum number allowed.

Group/private bookings 

If you want private booking for up to 15 people at either one of our training centers or an alternative location that suits your group, please email your requirements on courses@redcross.org.mt.

How do I pay?

There are many payment options, please select your preferred option below.

Payment must be received at our head office, no later than 1 week before the commencement of your course. Any bookings without payment before the due date may not be honoured.  

Please consider that your payment has been received well if you do not receive any news from us.

Please also note that we cannot accept payment on the first day of your course.

Internet banking

Payment can be made through various internet banking bill payment facilities, with Malta Red Cross appearing on the vendor list.

You can choose your bank from the list below to access your online banking website.

For payment via banks other than HSBC, kindly email courses@redcross.org.mt and request our bank details.

Please remember to insert the participant's ID card number(s) in the 'reference box, narrative, customer reference' etc.

Cheque

Payment may be made by cheque payable to Malta Red Cross Society and sent by post to:

Please write the participant's ID card number(s) on the back of the cheque. 

Cash

Payment may be made by visiting our offices, by prior arrangement, on Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00 hours. Please call us on 2122 1022.

Your payment must reach our office in Valletta at least one week prior to the commencement of your course, otherwise by prior arrangement by calling the Course Coordinator on 2122 1022.

University Students

University students registered for PHE 105 are to pay at Maltapost and take the receipt to Room 203 at the University Sports Complex.

This form of payment only applies to Basic First Aid courses and does not include first aid ID cards which must be paid for beforehand.

Will I get a certificate?

Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate valid for 3 years will be issued by the Malta Red Cross Society.

This certificate is recognised internationally as well as locally, by both the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) and the Occupational Health and Safety Authority as per L.N. 348 of 2011.
