Notes: This schedule is updated on a regular basis. Please do not book more than once and click on Submit ONLY once in the form below.

Bookings are usually processed on the next business date and are on a 'first come first served' basis. You will be advised by reply email if the number of participants has exceeded the maximum number allowed.

How do I apply?

Simply fill out the form below and press the submit button ONCE.

The details inputted below, such as your Full Name (i.e. Joe Borg) and your ID card/Passport numbers, will be printed on your certificate. Please check correct spelling of your details as a Eur 5 certificate reprint fee will apply.

Group/private bookings 

If you want private booking for up to 15 people at either one of our training centers or an alternative location that suits your group, please email your requirements on

How do I pay?

There are many payment options, please select your preferred option below.

Payment must be received at our head office, no later than 1 week before the commencement of your course. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment only, and we reserve the right to replace your booking with another paid booking without prior notification.

Please consider that your payment has been received well if you do not receive any news from us.

Internet Banking (only accepted if is effected no less than 5 working days prior to the course commencing).

HSBC: Please visit your bank website and choose 'Malta Red Cross' from the vendor list.

Please remember to insert the participant's ID card number(s) in the 'reference box, narrative, customer reference' etc.

Save 7722 1023 to your mobile phone contacts, then send payment via the Revolut app. You may need to send a link via SMS or Email.

You may receive a 'Payment Request' from us, for you to accept, if this link does not work. Please call us the following day if the funds are still remaining in your Revolut account.

If you are paying for another person, please indicate the participants Full Name and ID card number in the Notes section.

Paypal - Not currently available due to Paypal restrictions in place.

Please pay the full amount and input the participant's ID card number(s) in the 'Add A Note' section.

Cheque - Not currently available as payment option due to COVID-19 measures.

Payment may be made by visiting our offices, by prior arrangement, on Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 15:00 hours. Please call our Valletta Office on 2122 1022 or our Pembroke Office on 2138 8112. Kindly take the exact amount with you as change is not available.

Your payment must reach our office in Valletta at least one week prior to the commencement of your course, otherwise by prior arrangement by calling the Course Coordinator on 2122 1022.

University Students

University students registered for PHE 105 are to pay at Maltapost Msida Campus and take the receipt to Room 203 at the University Sports Complex or send a scanned copy to

This form of payment only applies to Basic First Aid courses and does not include first aid ID cards which must be paid for beforehand.

Will I get a certificate?

Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate valid for 3 years will be issued by the Malta Red Cross Society, on the last day or so of the course, in a printable pdf format.

This certificate is recognised internationally as well as locally, by both the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) and the Occupational Health and Safety Authority as per L.N. 348 of 2011.
